We build digital products with artificial intelligence.
Not pitch decks. Not prototypes. Finished products — in production.

Norway’s state budget — visualized and accessible.
The state budget is one of the most important documents in Norwegian democracy, but it has been difficult to understand without spreadsheets and expertise. Offentlig forbruk makes income, expenses and trends accessible to everyone — with data directly from SSB and DFØ.

A few years ago, a digital product required a team of five to ten people, months of development and millions in capital. That was a reasonable model when the tools demanded it.
The tools have changed.
Mature language models and agent-based development make it possible to go from idea to launched product in days. Not with lower quality — with a fundamentally different process. The cost of building, testing and iterating has dropped dramatically.
Datapanel is built around this shift.
How we work
We don’t replace developers with AI. We replace a process that was designed for a different era.
Traditional product development is sequential: specify, plan, build, test, launch. Our process is parallel and iterative. We formulate a hypothesis, build a working product, and let reality provide the answers.
Speed isn’t just efficiency. It’s a knowledge strategy. The faster we can test an idea, the faster we learn whether it has value.
The discipline isn’t in planning more, but in learning faster.
What’s hard to copy
It’s not one thing. It’s the system.
AI isn’t something we use in one part of the process. It’s integrated into everything — from research and data collection to architecture, development and iteration.
We don’t need to guess which idea wins. We can build several, launch them, and let the market answer.
Path forward
We don’t lock into one model too early. The products we build have multiple possible paths to revenue:
- →Products that grow into subscription-based SaaS.
- →Data-driven insights from datasets we already collect and structure.
- →Partnerships with public and private sector actors.
- →White-label and B2B delivery of validated products.
The strategy is to build first, learn what the market pays for, and scale what works.
Datapanel is early. We’re continuously exploring new ideas.
